Shipping / Delivery​

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries around the world. Simply provide your shipping address during checkout, and our system will calculate the shipping cost based on your location.

We regret to inform you that due to current shipping restrictions, we are unable to offer shipment to certain countries. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot deliver to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. However, we do provide international shipping services to all other countries across the globe.

Our logistics partners have temporarily suspended deliveries to Russia & Ukraine due to unforeseen circumstances. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Where do you ship from?

Most of our items are shipped from United States. We ship out of multiple locations in the EU and the USA. Our shipping times are excellent and we do everything in our power to get orders into your hands as fast as possible.

Our products are shipped from one of these locations depending on the delivery address of the order. Some items are shipped directly from our manufacturers overseas.

If you’re based in East Asia*, we will send the items from our store in Japan (if your selected items are available in this region).

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout. They may vary based on your location and items you have in your cart.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-4 business days, and delivery can take 2-8 business days for domestic orders and 4-21 business days for international orders. Please note that these are estimated times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or customs procedures.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package and stay updated on its estimated delivery date.

You can also track your order by visiting the Order Tracking page or going to the orders section under your account page.

Simply enter your order number and email address you used at checkout.

What to do if my package hasn't arrived?

If you haven’t received your package within 30 days, please contact us immediately via chat on our website or by email: info@cryptogoodies.shop

If your parcel has been lost or stolen we will either send you a replacement or send you a full refund.

Card payment failed: What can I do?

Payment failed? Here are the most common cases:

  1. You’ve entered the card details incorrectly. Please double check the information and try again.
  2. Some banking apps will require you to confirm the transaction inside their app. If this applies to you, check your banking app and confirm the transaction.
  3. Credit Card is reported as stolen. If you have attempted to use a stolen credit card, you will be automatically blocked by the card payment processor and you won’t be able to use this payment method again.
