Shipping / Delivery​

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. The only countries that we cannot currently offer shipment to are Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries.

Where do you ship from?

Most of our items are shipped from United States. We ship out of multiple locations in the EU and the USA. Our shipping times are excellent and we do everything in our power to get orders into your hands as fast as possible.

Our products are shipped from one of these locations depending on the delivery address of the order. Some items are shipped directly from our manufacturers overseas.

If you’re based in East Asia*, we will send the items from our store in Japan.

*Japan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam

How much are the shipping costs?

USA & Europe, inc. United Kingdom
Free Shipping on all orders $100 or more.

Orders with a total value less than $100 – shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

Rest of the world:
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout. They may vary based on your location and items you have in your cart. Usually international shipping costs are between $4 – $15.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing time takes 1-5 business days before shipment. The fastest shipment option is chosen by us when orders are completed to ensure that your item comes to you as fast as possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all our shipped items come with a tracking number. You can track your order by visiting the Order Tracking page or going to the orders section under your account page.

Simply enter your order number and email address you used at checkout.

What to do if my package hasn't arrived?

If you haven’t received your package within 30 days, please contact us immediately via chat on our website or by email: [email protected]

If your parcel has been lost or stolen we will either send you a replacement or send you a full refund.

Can I pay with cryptocurrency?

Yes, CryptoGoodies.shop accepts crypto payments.

Card payment failed: What can I do?

Payment failed? Here are the most common cases:

  1. You’ve entered the card details incorrectly. Please double check the information and try again.
  2. Some banking apps will require you to confirm the transaction inside their app. If this applies to you, check your banking app and confirm the transaction.
  3. Credit Card is reported as stolen. If you have attempted to use a stolen credit card, you will be automatically blocked by the card payment processor and you won’t be able to use this payment method again. Your best shot is using cryptocurrency.

If card payment still fails, try using other available payment methods. For the best experience we advise using crypto payments.

How do I pay with Crypto Wallet?

So you want to pay with your crypto wallet but don’t know how? Don’t worry, we got you! Below you’ll find the answers how to use a crypto wallet on both desktop & mobile.

Desktop

We suggest using MetaMask wallet for the best shopping experience, but you can always use any other wallet of your choice. If you already have a MetaMask browser extension installed on your computer, then proceed to the checkout using “Crypto Wallet” payment option. You’ll be prompted to connect your wallet on the next step. Connect and select Ethereum Network option (we’re currently accepting only ERC20 tokens).

Now select the coin you want to pay with and confirm the transaction in your wallet. That’s it!

Mobile

Use crypto mobile app such as MetaMask or Trust wallet and visit Crypto Goodies (https://cryptogoodies.shop) website via their built-in web3 browser. Now check out using Crypto Wallet payment option, on the next step click connect the wallet button. Select Ethereum Network and then select the coin you want to pay with. That’s it!

Returns / Exchanges

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back please?

We do not issue refunds once the order is in the process of creation or shipped. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, there is a chance we can cancel your order and refund your money! This is a case by case basis and is not guaranteed – please be sure to act fast!

Please be aware: refunds are only available if you have paid by a card payment, Apple Pay or PayPal.

Can I return an item for a full refund?

Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns unless there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within a week of receiving. In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What if my item is faulty?

We have a strong quality control process to ensure that faulty items are not sent out, but very occasionally mistakes do happen.

If you receive a defective or damaged item please send us photographs to [email protected] We will usually send you an immediate replacement, but depending on the type of damage we may ask you to return the goods, in which case we will cover reasonable costs.

Can I exchange an item for a larger or smaller size?

We do not do exchanges once the order is in the process of creation or shipped.

However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can change the size of an item.

Please order your size carefully. We provide detailed size guides for all items. In most cases ordering your usual size will ensure a perfect fit, but where there is specific size advice we make this clear.
