Yes, we do ship worldwide. The only countries that we cannot currently offer shipment to are Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries.
Most of our items are shipped from United States. We ship out of multiple locations in the EU and the USA. Our shipping times are excellent and we do everything in our power to get orders into your hands as fast as possible.
Our products are shipped from one of these locations depending on the delivery address of the order. Some items are shipped directly from our manufacturers overseas.

Rest of the world:
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout. They may vary based on your location and items you have in your cart. Usually international shipping costs are between $4 – $15.

Returns / Exchanges
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the process of creation or shipped. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, there is a chance we can cancel your order and refund your money! This is a case by case basis and is not guaranteed – please be sure to act fast!
Please be aware: refunds are only available if you have paid by a card payment, Apple Pay or PayPal.
Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns unless there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within a week of receiving. In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We have a strong quality control process to ensure that faulty items are not sent out, but very occasionally mistakes do happen.
If you receive a defective or damaged item please send us photographs to email@example.com. We will usually send you an immediate replacement, but depending on the type of damage we may ask you to return the goods, in which case we will cover reasonable costs.
We do not do exchanges once the order is in the process of creation or shipped.
However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can change the size of an item.
Please order your size carefully. We provide detailed size guides for all items. In most cases ordering your usual size will ensure a perfect fit, but where there is specific size advice we make this clear.
